​Our program is considered the most innovative and flexible aerobic/strength circuit in existence. Bi-directional capability allows for improved motor skills and neuromuscular adaptation. This leads to increased endurance, strength, range of motion and reaction times; which helps with fall prevention. Our circuit is accessible and is appropriate for those with Multiple Sclerosis, Heart Disease, COPD, Parkinson's, and recovery from stroke.

We will guide you through three 30-minute training sessions to fine-tune a program to your specific exercise needs.
